COUNTY, WYOMING, AS DESCRIBED ON THE OFFICIAL MAP AND PLAT
THEREOF FILED AUGUST 10, 1977 AS INSTRUMENT NO. 496703 IN THE
OFFICE OF THE LINCOLN COUNTY CLERK.
Subject to easements, declarations of covenants and restrictions, rights of way of record,
and taxes for the current year and thereafter.
