the 6th P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming, lying and being northerly and easterly
of U.S Highway 89.
LESS AND EXCEPT any land contained in Warranty Deed recorded February 5, 1930
in Book 16 of Deeds on page 264 of the records of the Lincoln County Clerk.
ALSO LESS AND EXCEPT any land contained in Warranty Deed recorded January 20,
1992 in Book 304PR of Deeds on page 238 of the records of the Lincoln County Clerk.
