Starkeand Cherie C. Starke, Trustee, of The Millennial Trust Dated March 21, 2005, to The Bank of Star Valley, as mortgagee, a mortgage conveying a lien on certain real estate therein described as security for the payment of $88,000.00 which mortgage was recorded in the office of the County Clerk and Ex- Officio Register of Deeds of Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, on the 16` day of September, 2005 in Book 599 of Mortgages, at Page 66 as document #912179 and pertaining to the following described real estate in said County, to -wit: The note secured thereby and the aforementioned debt is fully paid, satisfied, released, and discharged and in consideration thereof the said mortgage's do hereby release and quitclaim unto the said mortgagors the premises thereby conveyed and mortgaged.
