Grantors of Alpine, County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming
hereby CONVEY and WARRANT TO:
GREGORY E. SEAY and TINA R. SEAY, husband and wife, as tenants by the
entireties
Grantee of P.O. Box 11753, Jackson, WY 83002
for the sum of Ten Dollars and other good and valuable consideration
the following described tract of land in Lincoln County, State of Wyoming,
hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead
exemption laws of the State, to -wit:
Lot No. 58 of the Rees Subdivision, Lincoln County, Wyoming; exception
therefrom all that land, more or less, beginning from the Northeast Corner
Stone Section 20/21 first course West 126.4 feet; thence second course South
285 feet to Northwest corner line of Lot No. 57, thence Ease 126.4 feet to
Northeast corner of Lot No. 57, thence North to 1/4 corner stone Section
20/21.
Subject to reservations and restrictions contained in the United States
Patent and to easements and rights -of -way of record or in use.
Together with all improvements and appurtenances thereon.
