WHEREAS, the buyer is purchasing the above described property as of
July 28, 2000 having agreed to pay $16,000.00
assumption of a mortgage in the unpaid amount of 12,822.39.
WHEREAS, the buyer agrees to pay all monthly installments under the terms of the
original note and mortgage. Said note and mortgage dated September 7, 1992 in the amount
of 18,900.00 at the rate of 10 percent (10 per annum, made and executed by Adrian J.
Morrell and Rosemary D. Morrell and recorded in the Office of the County Clerk and
Ex-Officio Register of Deeds on March 1, 1993 in Book 325 PR, page 169.
