WHEREAS, Kristofer S. Krosch and Taelor J. Krosch, as
mortgagor(s), mortgaged to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as
nominee for Countrywide Bank, FSB its successors and assigns, as mortgagee,
the hereinafter described real property by that certain mortgage dated April 10,
2009 (the "Mortgage and duly recorded in the records of the office of the
County Clerk and ex- officio Register of Deeds in and for Lincoln County, State of
Wyoming, on April 13, 2009, at Reception No. 946512 in Book 720 at Page 441.
The mortgage and note secured thereby were assigned for value as follows:
Assignee: Bank of America, N.A., successor by merger to BAC Home Loans
Servicing, LP fka Countrywide Home Loans Servicing LP
Assignment dated: October 24, 2011

All in the records of the County Clerk and ex- officio Register of Deeds in and for
Lincoln County, Wyoming; and
WHEREAS, the Mortgage being in default, the undersigned Sheriff
in and for Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, pursuant to the request and
direction of Bank of America, N.A., successor by merger to BAC Home Loans
Servicing, LP fka Countrywide Home Loans Servicing LP, acting under a power
of sale contained in the Mortgage, proceeded to advertise for sale and did sell
the hereinafter described real property on October 16, 2012, at 10:00 o'clock in
the forenoon, at public venue, at the front door of the Lincoln County Courthouse
located at 925 Sage Avenue, Kemmerer, WY, Lincoln County, State of Wyoming;
and
WHEREAS, Bank of America, N.A., successor by merger to BAC
Home Loans Servicing, LP fka Countrywide Home Loans Servicing LP
"Successful Bidder made the highest and best bid for the hereinafter described
real property in the sum of $234,482.55, and the said real property was then and
there sold to the Successful Bidder on October 16, 2012 "Sale Date and a
Certificate of Sale was issued by the undersigned Sheriff in and for Lincoln
County, State of Wyoming, to the Successful Bidder, on the Sale Date, which
Certificate of Sale was duly recorded in the records of the office of the County
Clerk and ex- officio Register of Deeds in and for Lincoln County, State of
Wyoming, on October 16, 2012, at Reception No. 967388 in Book 796 at Page
282;
WHEREAS, said Certificate of Sale was assigned to The Secretary
Of Housing And Urban Development Of Washington, D.C., its successors and
assigns by that certain Assignment of Certificate of Sale dated January 17, 2013
and recorded in the records of the County Clerk and ex- officio Register of Deeds
in and for Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, on 4 a-/, 2013 at
Reception No. 97 x in Book at Page
WHEREAS, no one has appeared to redeem the hereinafter
described real property under the laws of the State of Wyoming, and the time for
doing so has now expired;

NOW, THEREFORE, KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that I, Shane
Johnson, Sheriff in and for said County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, in
consideration of the premises, have GRANTED, BARGAINED, and SOLD, and
do hereby TRANSFER and CONVEY, to said The Secretary Of Housing And
Urban Development Of Washington, D.C., His Successors And Assigns whose
