Krosch, as mortgagor(s), mortgaged to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as nominee for Countrywide Bank, FSB its successors and assigns, as mortgagee, the hereinafter described real property by that certain mortgage dated April 10, 2009 (the "Mortgage and duly recorded in the records of the office of the County Clerk and ex- officio Register of Deeds in and for Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, on April 13, 2009, at Reception No. 946512 in Book 720 at Page 441.
