HomeMy WebLinkAbout867245RELEASE OF ASSESSMENT LIEN STAR VALLEY RANCH ASSOCIATION hereby certifies that pursuant to its Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions, which states that an Assessment results in a lien in favor of the Star Valley Ranch Association. With respect to the subject property, a certain Notice of Assessment Lien recorded December 2, 1996, in Book 391PR, Page No. 361 was in the office of the County Clerk and Ex- officio Register of Deeds of Lincoln County, Wyoming and that said lien is fully paid, satisfied, released, and discharged with regard to the property described below, and in consideration thereof, the Star Valley Ranch Association does hereby release the premises thereby affected.
