THIS DJCLARATION to Amend and or Modify made on this day
by the Declarant and beneficial owners of the majority of the lots w #tIoGK PR PAGE
the Paiispark Subdivision Third Addition, having ownership of nine of
twelve original lots, or 82% thereof, do hereby amend and modify the
following covenants, conditions, and restrictions, as follows:

Section A. Hereinafter, the Architectural Committee is Jeff Debra Cook,
who reserve the right to review of any planned construction for the Addition
to assure compliance with the CC &Rs, however, in their absence, they shall
yield said review and approval to the town planning and zoning authority, or
town council.
Section B. Building Type: Only new construction. Commercial buildings shall be
Western in character, design and architecture to maintain western thence and in
compliance with the town codes and ordinances, and further; "All buildings shall
comply with the Uniform Building Code, II.U.D. Code, or constructed to the
Federal Manufactured Home Construction and Safety Standards."
Section G Shall be modified herewith, to read as follows:
Lots Numbered 306 through 311, fronting Greys River Road, are Zoned Business.
Lots numbered 301 through 305 on Parkway Drive, are Zoned multi family and in
compliance with town standards for duplex units. (two family units on each tot).
All living units shall be provided with a garage for vehicles equipment storage.
All exterior siding shall blend with surrounding neighborhood and maintained.
Garbage trash shall be held in closed containers with locking lids and out of sight
except on pickup day.
