grantee(s), whose address is: Box 272, Afton, WY 83110 all interest in the following described real property,
situate in Lincoln County and State of Wyoming, to wit:
Lot 1 of Block 7 of the Grover Townsite, Lincoln County, Wyoming as described on the official plat
thereof.
LESS AND EXCEPT the following described land: Commencing at the Northwest corner of said Lot 1,
thence 100 feet in an Easterly direction along the North boundary of said Lot 1; thence in a Southerly
direction along a line parallel with the West boundary of said Lot 1, 80 feet; thence 100 feet in a Westerly
direction to the West boundary of said Lot 1; thence 80 feet in a Northerly direction along the West
boundary of said Lot 1 to the place of beginning.
Hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the State of
Wyoming.
