WARRANTY DEED
DONNA L. RUDDY and KELLY J. PAGE, Trustees of the DONALD D.
RUDDY LIVING TRUST, and any amendments thereto, dated March 14, 2002,
Grantors, of the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, for and in consideration of Ten
and No /100 ($10.00) Dollars in hand paid, and other good and valuable consideration, the
receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, hereby CONVEY AND WARRANT TO
DONNA L. RUDDY and KELLY J. PAGE, Trustees of the DONNA L. RUDDY
TRUST created under the DONALD D. RUDDY LIVING TRUST, dated March 14,
2002, as to an undivided one -third (1/3) interest, to DONNA L. RUDDY and KELLY J.
PAGE, Trustees of the KELLY J. PAGE TRUST created under the DONALD D.
RUDDY LIVING TRUST, dated March 14, 2002, as to an undivided one -third (1/3)
interest, and to DONNA L. RUDDY and KELLY J. PAGE, Trustees of the DUANE T.
RUDDY TRUST created under the DONALD D. RUDDY LIVING TRUST, dated
March 14, 2002, as to an undivided one -third (1/3) interest, of 803 Sapphire Ct.,
Kemmerer, Lincoln County, Wyoming, Grantees, the following described real property,
situate in the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, hereby releasing and waiving all
rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the State of Wyoming,
to -wit:
A portion of Lot Six (6) of Block Six (6) of the Town of Kemmerer,
Lincoln County, Wyoming, described as follows:
Beginning at the Northeasterly Corner of said Lot and continuing in a
southerly direction perpendicular to Pearl Street, a distance of fifty feet;
thence at a fight angle and in a westerly direction parallel to said Pearl
Street, a distance of forty feet; thence at a right angle and in a northerly
direction perpendicular to said Pearl Street, a distance of fifty feet; thence at
a right angle and in an easterly direction and parallel to said Pearl Street, a
distance of forty feet to the place of beginning, together with all
improvements thereon, and easements, appurtenances and incidents
belonging or appertaining thereto, or used in connection therewith; subject,
however, to all mining, mineral and other exceptions, reservations,
covenants, conditions and rights of way of record.
