HomeMy WebLinkAbout973799GENERAL WARRANTY DEED THIS INDENTURE made this 9th day of October, 2013 Between Irish Properties, LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company "Grantor and the Bank of Jackson Hole, a Wyoming State chartered bank "Grantee WITNESSETH, that in consideration of the sum of TEN and 00 /100 DOLLARS, the reeipt of which is hereby acknowledged, Grantor does, by these presents, grant, bargain sell and convey until Grantee, its successors assigns, all of the following described real estate situated in Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, to -wit: See attached "Exhibit A" And all improvements thereon (the "Property COURTES'► This document is being recorded solely as a courtesy and accommodation to the parties therein.
