HomeMy WebLinkAbout867371CMC# 690558 -2 /Stoor FNMA# 1490138021 867371 RECEIVED 00 AUG -7 Ail JEANNE KEMMERER, WYOMING ee Gardner Sheriff Lincoln County, Wyoming BOOK4 19 PR PAGE 6 f 9 WYOMING SHERIFF'S DEED This Sheriff's Deed' made this aLP day of ��k IN WITNESS WHEREOF, said GRANTOR, Lee Gardner, Sheriff aforesaid, does hereunto set his hard the day and year first above written. 1 1 1 I jel TUG 'La .vtow AUG 2 2000 HALLE, LAW FIRM 2000, by Lee Gardner, the duly elected, qualified and ting Sheriff of Lincoln County, Wyoming, as GRANTOR is 'to witnesseth that: WHEREAS, under and by virtue of a power of sale contained in a Mortgage executed by Bradley Stoor and Carolyn Stoor, husband and wife, to First Security Bank of Wyoming, which was dated February 21, 1995, and recorded in Book 402 at Page 329, on September 29, 1997, of the records of the Lincoln County Clerk, and which Mortgage pledged the hereinafter described real property and due public notice was given as required by law and Lee Gardner, Sheriff, pursuant thereto, by and through his duly authorized Deputy, exposed for sale at public auction and then did sell the hereinafter described real property on March 16, 1000, to the purchaser, namely, the Federal National Mortgage Association, for the sum of $74,000.00, said purchaser being the highest and best bidder and that said sum was the highest and best bid therefore, and the Sheriff, who, thereupon delivered his Certificate offPurchase to the purchaser and filed the same thereof in the office of the Lincoln County Clerk on March 16, 2000, in Book 443 at Page 17, and; WHEREAS, more than four months have expired since the date of said sale and no redemption has been made of the properties so sold by any person whatsoever; NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the premises, and of said sum so paid as aforesaid and in compliance with the Statutes of the State of Wyoming, GRANTOR does hereby grant, bargain, sell and convey to said Federal National Mortgage Association, GRANTEE, whose address is 13150 World Gate Drive, Herndon, VA 20170, all of the following described property, situated in the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, to wit: A portion of Lot 2 (NW of Section 1, Township 32 North, Range 119 West, 6th P.M. located West of Grover, Lincoln County, Wyoming and being more particularly described as follows: Beginning at a point in the North line of said Lot 2, said point being 250.91 feet West from the Northeast corner of said Lot 2; Thence running S 00° 13' 07" W, 478.50 feet; Thence West 227.59 feet; Thence N 00° 13' 07" E, 478.50 feet to the North line of said Lot 2; Thence East, along last said North line 227.59 feet to the point of Beginning. Which is known as 285 Wyo State Hwy 237, Grover, WY 83122.
