CONVEY AND WARRANT TO

the following described real estate, situate in Lincoln County and State of Wyoming, hereby
releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the state
to wit:
Lot 3A of Block 1 and part of Lot 2 of Block 1, all located in Lincoln Heights
5th Addition, Second Filing, to the City of Kemmerer, Lincoln County,
Wyoming, said part of Lot 2, Block 1, being more particularly described as
follows:
Beginning at the Southern most corner of said Lot 3A on the East line of Nations
Avenue, and running thence Northerly along said east line of Nations Avenue and the arc
of a 248.50 foot radius curve to the right, 51.08 feet (central angle is 11°46'34" and
long chord bears N 29°13'10" W, 50.99 feet;
thence N 65 °58'37" E, 121.03 feet to the East boundary of Lincoln Heights 5th
Addition, Second Filing;
thence S 9 °33'44 E, 30.42 feet along the East boundary to the Southeast corner
of said Lot 3A;
thence S 54 °53'33" W, 110.88 feet along the Southeasterly line of said Lot 3A
to the point of beginning.
