certain deed dated January 5, 2000, and between CHARLES J. TERRIL 1 'Q¢rl1NG
TERRILL, tenants in common, Grantors, and BETTY K. TERRILL, Trustee, Grantee. KNOW
ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS that CHARLES J. TERRILL and BETTY K. TERRILL,
husband and wife, of Jackson, Teton County, Wyoming, as TENANTS IN COMMON,
hereinafter referred to as "Grantors for and in consideration of TEN DOLLARS ($10.00) and
other good and valuable consideration, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, CONVEY
AND WARRANT to BETTY K. TERRILL, Trustee, or her successors in Trust, under the
BETTY K. TERRILL LIVING TRUST dated January 6, 2000, and any amendments thereto,
hereinafter referred to as "Grantee an undivided fifty percent (50 interest in the following
described real estate, situate in the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, to wit:
Lot 4 of Southbrook Ranches Subdivision, Lincoln County, Wyoming, according
to that plat filed September 5, 1990 as Plat Nos. 335 -1 and 335 -2 in the Office of
the Lincoln County Clerk.
Together with and including all improvements thereon and all appurtenances and
hereditaments thereunto belonging. Subject to all covenants, conditions,
restrictions, easements, reservations, and rights -of -way of sight and/or record.
FURTHERMORE, Grantors hereby waive and release any and all rights that Grantors may have
in the aforementioned real property by virtue of, or arising under, the homestead laws of the
State of Wyoming.
