HOFFMAN, TRUSTEE OF THE M. EUGENE HOFFMAN NON EXEMPT MARITAL TRUST, DATED THE 13 DAY OF AUGUST, 2005 hereby quit claim(s) and convey(s) to ROSELENA R. SANDERS and CALLY R. NEBEKER all of his/hers /its right, title, and interest in and to the property on the WEST side of the Boundary Line. 4. The terms of this agreement shall be binding upon and shall inure to the benefit of ROSELENA R. SANDERS and CALLY R. NPREKER; and NANCY S. HOFFMAN, TRUSTEE OF THE M. EUGENE HOFFMAN NON EXEMPT MARITAL TRUST, DATED THE 13 DAY OF AUGUST, 2005, their heirs, executors, administrators, trustees successors and assigns.
