The undersigned hereby agree that the following described line is and shall constitute the boundary line between the property of ROSELENA R. SANDERS and CALLY R. NEBEKER on the WEST and NANCY S. HOFFMAN, TRUSTEE OF THE M. EUGENE HOFFMAN NON EXEMPT MARITAL TRUST, DATED THE 13 DAY OF AUGUST, 2005 on the EAST. LEGAL DESCRIPTIONS: SEE ATTACHED EXHIBIT "A" for the ROSELENA R. SANDERS and CALLY R. NEBEKER PROPERTY SEE ATTACHED EXHIBIT "B" for the NANCY S. HOFFMAN, TRUSTEE OF THE M. EUGENE HOFFMAN NON EXEMPT MARITAL TRUST, DATED THE 13 DAY OF AUGUST, 2005 BOUNDARY LINE: Beginning at a point, N00°13'48" W, 786.21 feet, and N00°13'48" W, 500.00 feet, to the Northwest corner of said GLO Lot 4, identical with the Southwest corner of Double L. Ranch III, a subdivision of record in said office with Accession No. 950571; thence along the North line of said S %SE identical with the South line of said Double L. Ranch III, as follows: S89 °52'37" E, 695.96 feet, to the Northeast corner of said GLO Lot 4; N89 °47'00" E, 1344.96 feet, to the Northeast corner of the SW%SE'/ of Section 28; N89 °48'40 "E, 352.71 feet; from the Southwest comer of said GLO Lot 4, Section 28, Township 36 North, Range 119 West, Lincoln County, Wyoming, to the point of beginning of the boundary line: thence S00 °08'30 "E, 510.09 feet to the end of said boundary line. 2. ROSELENA R. SANDERS and CALLY R. NEBEKER hereby quit claim(s) and convey(s) to NANCY S. HOFFMAN, TRUSTEE OF THE M. EUGENE HOFFMAN NON EXEMPT MARITAL TRUST, DATED THE 13 DAY OF AUGUST, 2005 all of his/hers /its right, title and interest in and to the property on the EAST side of the Boundary Line. 3. NANCY S. HOFFMAN, TRUSTEE OF THE M. EUGENE HOFFMAN NON EXEMPT MARITAL TRUST, DATED THE 13 DAY OF AUGUST, 2005 hereby quit claim(s) and convey(s) to ROSELENA R. SANDERS and CALLY R. NEBEKER all of his/hers /its right, title, and interest in and to the property on the WEST side of the Boundary Line. 4. The terms of this agreement shall be binding upon and shall inure to the benefit of ROSELENA R. SANDERS and CALLY R. NPREKER; and NANCY S. HOFFMAN, TRUSTEE OF THE M. EUGENE HOFFMAN NON EXEMPT MARITAL TRUST, DATED THE 13 DAY OF AUGUST, 2005, their heirs, executors, administrators, trustees successors and assigns.
