ROSELENA R.SANDERS, a married woman as her separate property, and CALLY R.NEBEKER, a
married woman as her separate property, as tenants in common
grantor of the State of Utah, hereby CONVEY and WARRANT to
MARY LYNNE KNELLER and STEPHEN R.KNELLER,
Wife and Husband, as Tenants in Common
for the sum of TEN DOLLARS and other good and valuable consideration the following described tract
of land in Lincoln County, State of Wyoming.
LEGAL DESCRIPTION
That part of GLO Lot 4 and the S%SE'/ of Section 28, Township 36 North, Range 119 West, Lincoln
County, Wyoming, it being the intent to more correctly describe that tract of record in the Office of the
Clerk of Lincoln County in Book 122 of Photostatic Records on page 696, said tract being identical with
that tract of record in said Office in Book 819 of Photostatic Records on page 82, as follows:
Beginning at a position, N00 °13'48" W, 786.21 feet, from the Southwest corner of said GLO Lot 4;
thence N00° 13'48" W, 500.00 feet, to the Northwest corner of said GLO Lot 4, identical with the
Southwest corner of Double L. Ranch III, a subdivision of record in said office with Accession No.
950571; thence along the North line of said S1/2SE 1/4, identical with the South line of said Double L.
Ranch III, as follows: S89 °52'37" E, 695.96 feet, to the Northeast corner of said GLO Lot 4; N89 °47'00"
E, 1344.96 feet, to the Northeast corner of the SW SE'/ of Section 28; N89 °48'40 "E, 352.71 feet, to a
point, and leave said North line; thence S00 °08'30 "E, 510.09 feet, to a position; thence N89 °52'20 "W,
209.52 feet, to a point on an existing East -West fence line; thence continuing N89 °52'20 "W, 2183.36
feet, along said fence line, to the position of beginning.
