WHEREAS, Russell S. Beck and Stacey C. Beck, as mortgagor(s),
mortgaged to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as nominee for
Quicken Loans, Inc. its successors and assigns, as mortgagee, the hereinafter
described real property by that certain mortgage dated May 22, 2009 (the
"Mortgage and duly recorded in the records of the office of the County Clerk
and ex- officio Register of Deeds in and for Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, on
June 11, 2009, at Reception No. 947701 in Book 725 at Page 177.
The mortgage and note secured thereby were assigned for value as follows:

WHEREAS, the Mortgage being in default, the undersigned Sheriff
in and for Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, pursuant to the request and
direction of EverBank, acting under a power of sale contained in the Mortgage,
proceeded to advertise for sale and did sell the hereinafter described real
property on May 7, 2013, at 10:00 o'clock in the forenoon, at public venue, at the
front door of the Lincoln County Courthouse located at 925 Sage Avenue,
Kemmerer, WY, Lincoln County, State of Wyoming; and
WHEREAS, EverBank "Successful Bidder made the highest and
best bid for the hereinafter described real property in the sum of $281,686.93,
and the said real property was then and there sold to the Successful Bidder on
May 7, 2013 "Sale Date and a Certificate of Sale was issued by the
undersigned Sheriff in and for Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, to the
Successful Bidder, on the Sale Date, which Certificate of Sale was duly recorded
in the records of the office of the County Clerk and ex- officio Register of Deeds in
and for Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, on May 7, 2013, at Reception No.
970853 in Book 811 at Page 33;
WHEREAS, said Certificate of Sale was assigned to The Secretary
Of Housing And Urban Development Of Washington, D.C., its successors and
assigns by that certain Assignment of Certificate of Sale dated September 11,
2013 and recorded in the records of the County Clerk and ex- officio Register of
Deeds in and for Lincoln County, State of Wyomin on t C Q.f al 30f
2013 at Reception No. 913tsR3 in Book at Page V
WHEREAS, no one has appeared to redeem the hereinafter
described real property under the Taws of the State of Wyoming, and the time for
doing so has now expired;

NOW, THEREFORE, KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS,
that I, Shane Johnson, Sheriff in and for said County of Lincoln, State of
Wyoming, in consideration of the premises, have GRANTED, BARGAINED, and
SOLD, and do hereby TRANSFER and CONVEY, to said The Secretary Of
Housing And Urban Development Of Washington, D.C., His Successors And
Assigns whose address is c/o Michaelson, Connor, Boul, 4400 Will Rogers
Parkway, Ste 300, Oklahoma City, OK 73108, its successors and assigns, all
right, title, and interest to the following described real property situate in Lincoln
County, State of Wyoming, to -wit:
Part of Lot 1 of Block 22 to the Town of Afton, Lincoln
County, Wyoming being more particularly described
as follows:
Commencing at a point 13 1/3 rods South of the
Northeast corner of said Lot 1, said point being the
Northeast corner of land contained in Warranty Deed
recorded February 14, 1980 in Book 163 PR on page
419 of records of Lincoln County Clerk and running
thence West 165 feet, along the North line of said
and in Book 163, thence North 93 feet, thence East
165 feet, thence South 93 feet to the point of
beginning
with an address of 430 Madison, Afton, WY 83110
Together with all improvements thereon situate and
all fixtures and appurtenances thereto.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD said described premises, together with
all improvements thereon erected and all fixtures and appurtenances thereunto

D.C., its successors and assigns forever.
