IDENTITY OF SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE

All of those lands described in that certain Quitclaim Deed dated August 4, 1992,
and recorded in the office of the Lincoln County Clerk on August 13, 1992, in Book
314 PR, page 73, being that part of the SW1 /4SW1/4 of Section 14 and that part of
the NW1 /4NW1/4 of Section 23, T34N, R119W, Lincoln County, Wyoming, being
part of those tracts of record in the Office of the Lincoln County Clerk in Book 23 of
Deeds on page 212, and in Book 23 of Deeds on page 213, more particularly
described on the attached Exhibit A which is incorporated herein by this reference.

De ReII W. Allred of 5379 Auborn Avenue, Las Vegas, NV 89108 -3042, upon his oath
deposes and says:
1. That he makes this affidavit as his recorded statement, duly verified, pursuant to the
provisions of W.S. 34 -2 -123 and in connection with the following described real property located in
Lincoln County, Wyoming:
2. That the names of the grantees in that Quitclaim Deed dated August 4, 1992, and
recorded in the office of the Lincoln County Clerk on August 13, 1992, in Book 314PR, page 73,
Recording No. 752651, conveying the above described real property is hereby stated to be as
follows: De ReII W. Allred and Noretta S. Allred, Co- Trustees of the "Allred 1992 Trust" dated May
13, 1992. The beneficiary of this trust is De ReII W. Allred.
3. That his name and address is De ReII W. Allred, 5379 Auborn Avenue, Las Vegas,
NV 89108 -3042.
4. That he is a beneficiary of the trust referred to, that Noretta S. Allred became
deceased on August 9, 2002, and that upon the death of Noretta S. Allred, he became the sole
surviving trustee of the "Allred 1992 Trust" dated May 13, 1992.

5. That as of August 9, 2002, the date of death of Noretta S. Allred, De ReII W. Allred
became the sole surviving trustee of the "Allred 1992 Trust" dated May 13, 1992, including its
ownership of the real property described above, and that he is currently lawfully serving in that
capacity.
6. That he hereby verifies that the information contained in this affidavit is true and
correct according to his information and belief.

all in accordance with the plat prepared to be filed in the Office
of the clerk of Lincoln County titled "DERELL W. ALLRED PLAT OF
TRACT WITHIN THE SW;SW1/4 SECTION 14 NW;NW; SECTION 23 T34N R119W
LINCOLN COUNTY WYOMING DATED 22 APRIL 1992.
Together with all water rights, mineral rights, improvements and
appurtenances thereon situate or in anywise appertaining thereunto.
Subject, however, to all reservations, restrictions, exceptions,
easements and rights -of -way of record or in use, and specifically
subject to that right -of -way and utility easement recorded August
20, 1979, in Book 158 PR page 695 in the Office of County clerk of
Lincoln County, Wyoming.
