QUITCLAIM DEED
De Rell W. Allred, Trustee of the "Allred 1992 Trust dated May 13, 1992, of Las Vegas,
Clark County, Nevada, grantor, for the consideration of TEN AND NO /100 DOLLARS ($10.00) and
other valuable considerations, CONVEYS AND QUITCLAIMS to Leif Allred and Laura Pressley,
husband and wife, as tenants by the entireties, grantees, of 2210 White Horse Trail, Austin, TX
78757, all interest in the following described real estate, situate in the County of Lincoln, State of
Wyoming:
All of those lands described in that certain Quitclaim Deed dated August 4, 1992,
and recorded in the office of the Lincoln County Clerk on August 13, 1992, in Book
314 PR, page 73, being that part of the SW1 /4SW1/4 of Section 14 and that part of
the NW1 /4NW1/4 of Section 23, T34N, R119W, Lincoln County, Wyoming, being
part of those tracts of record in the Office of the Lincoln County Clerk in Book 23 of
Deeds on page 212, and in Book 23 of Deeds on page 213, more particularly
described on the attached Exhibit A which is incorporated herein by this reference.
Hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption
laws of the State of Wyoming.

Trustee of the "Allred 1992 Trust dated May 13, 1992, described in and which executed the
foregoing instrument; that said instrument was signed and sealed on behalf of said trust; that said
Trustee had the authority under the terms of the written trust instrument to execute the instrument
on behalf of the trust; and said Trustee acknowledged said instrument to be the free act and deed
of said trust.

all in accordance with the plat prepared to be filed in the Office
of the clerk of Lincoln County titled "DERELL W. ALLRED PLAT OF
TRACT WITHIN THE SW;SW1/4 SECTION 14 NW;NW; SECTION 23 T34N R119W
LINCOLN COUNTY WYOMING DATED 22 APRIL 1992.
Together with all water rights, mineral rights, improvements and
appurtenances thereon situate or in anywise appertaining thereunto.
Subject, however, to all reservations, restrictions, exceptions,
easements and rights -of -way of record or in use, and specifically
subject to that right -of -way and utility easement recorded August
20, 1979, in Book 158 PR page 695 in the Office of County clerk of
Lincoln County, Wyoming.
