Wife, as Tenants by the Entireties, for good and valuable consideration, the receipt of which is
hereby acknowledged, do hereby TRANSFER, GRANT and CONVEY unto MUSSELMAN

platted and recorded in the Official Records of Lincoln County,
Wyoming.
