WYOMING P.02 Legal Description: Lot Twenty (20), Unit B, Commissary Ranch Subdivision as platted and recorded in the official records of Lincoln County, Wyoming This Agreement, is made this .1-11 day of June, 2000, by and between Randy K. Worsley, hereina er referred to as seller, Kirk L. Matthews and Janet Matthews, hereinafter referred to a buyers, and Battlefield, Inc., hereinafter referred to as mortgagee. IT IS HEREIN AGREED AS FOLLOWS: WHEREAS, the buyers are purchasing the above described property as of June 3, 2000, having agreed to pay $15,000.00, and then to assume the unpaid amount of $39,316.38. WHEREAS, the buyers agree to pay all monthly installments under the terms of the original note and mortgage. Said note and mortgage dated May 30, 1998, in the amount of $40,500.00 at the rate of 10 percent (10 per annum, made and executed by Randy K. Worsley, and recorded in the office of the County Clerk and Ex- Officio Register of Deeds on dune 4, 1998, in Rook 412141, page 558. WHEREAS, the buyers understand that payments in the amount of $390.84 are to be made on the 15th day of each month, beginning June 15, 2000, and monthly thereafter until the entire mortgage balance has been paid in full. WHEREAS, the seller hereby assigns and transfers to the buyers all of their right, title and interest in the mortgage presently held by Battlefield, Inc., as mortgagee. WHEREAS, the mortgagee does hereby permit said assignment of mortgage and acknowledges and understands that the seller is no longer bound under the terms of the original mortgage and note, but that the buyers alone are now liable.
