State of Wyoming, for and in consideration of TEN DOLLARS ($10.00) and other valuable consideration,
in hand paid, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, CONVEYS AND WARRANTS to MICHAEL
BRIAN NELSON, grantee of County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, the following described real estate
situate in County of Lincoln and State of Wyoming, hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by
virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the State, to -wit:
PARCEL B as is shown and described in the records of a Parcel Division Plat of a portion of
the South half of the South half (S1/2S1/2) of Section 27, Township 35 North, Range 119 West
of the 6th P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming, for Archie Nelson and Corine Nelson prepared
by Lloyd B. Baker and Associates dated January 25, 2000, and approved by the Board of
Commissioners, Lincoln County, Wyoming on the 3rd day of May, 2000. Subject, however,
to all reservations, restrictions, exceptions, easements and rights -of -way of record or in use.
RESERVING. HOWEVER. UNTO THE GRANTORS, ARCHIE DEMAR NELSON and
CORINE NELSON, a life estate in the above described real property measured by the life of
Archie Demar Nelson.
