by and between Anne B. Clinger, Trustee, for the uses and purposes set forth in the Anne B.
Clinger Revocable Trust, dated the 5th day of March, 1990, hereinafter referred to as "Seller and
Debbie Cooper, a single woman, of Box 1722 Jackson, Wyoming 83001, hereinafter referred
WITNESSETH
That for the purchase price and upon the terms, conditions, and covenants set forth in that
certain Installment Sales Contract, bearing date effective contemporaneous with this instrument,
all of which terms, c6nditions and covenants are hereby made a part hereof as fully and
completely as if herein specifically set out in full, seller has agreed to sell and convey to the
Buyer, and the Buyer has agreed to purchase the following described property from Seller, which
property situated, lying and being in the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, and more
particularly described as follows:
Lot 26, Rees Subdivision, as shown by the Official plat thereof recorded September 1, 1955 in
the Office of the Recorder of Lincoln County, Wyoming, and being part of the North half of the
Southeast Quarter (Nl /2SE1/4) of Section 20, Township 37 North, Range 118 West of the 6th
Principle Meridian.
The Herein described premises will be subject to the Protective Covenants of the Rees
Subdivision, recorded in Book 17 P.R., Page 459 and all amendments thereto, subject, however,
to Seller's lien and right to terminate that certain Contract in accordance with its terms, should
Buyer default in any of the terms or conditions contained in said Contract.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have executed this Memorandum of Sale th'e day and
year set forth in the below acknowledgments, but to be effective the date above written.
