valuable consideration, in hand paid, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, CONVEYS AND
WARRANTS to BARRY and DIANE TREASURE, husband and wife, tenants by the entireties grantees of
County of Bonneville, State of Idaho, the following described real estate situated in County of Lincoln and
State of Wyoming, hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption
laws of the State, to -wit:
