the Point of Beginning.
LESS AND EXCEPTING THEREFROM the following described property:

running East 33 feet; thence South 190 feet; thence West 33 feet; thence North 190 feet to the point of

Hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the State of
Wyoming.
