Consideration, in hand paid, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, do(es) Convey and Warrant To
Lisa Merritt and Aaron Merritt, husband and wife,
grantee(s), whose address is: Box 1473Afton, WY 83110 the following described real estate, situate in Lincoln
County and State of Wyoming, to wit:
Part of Lot 3, Block 28 of the Afton Townsite, Lincoln County, Wyoming being more particularly described as
follows:
Beginning at the Southwest corner of said Lot 3 and running thence East 5 rods; thence North 4 rods; thence West
5 rods; thence South 4 rods to the point of beginning.
LESS AND EXCEPTING THEREFROM:
The North 3.0 feet of the West 80.5 feet of the tract of record in the office of the County Clerk, Lincoln County,
Wyoming, in Book 234PR on Page 441, said tract being part of Lot 3 of Block 28 of the Original Townsite of
Afton of record in the said office as Plat No. 100, within the Southwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of
Section 30 and the Northwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section 31, Township 32 North, Range 118
West, Lincoln County, Wyoming, more particularly described as follows: Commencing at a point, the Southwest
comer of said Lot 3, North 47 °37' East, 68.38 feet from an Ivan L. Call RLS 274 Mueller Water Cap at the
approximate intersection of Adams Street and 6th Avenue; thence North 01°57' East, 63.0 feet along the said West
line, to a point identical with the Northwest corner of said tract; thence South 88 °03' East, 80.5 feet along the
North line of said tract to a point; thence South 01°57' West 3.0 feet parallel to said West line, to a point; thence
North 88 °03' West, 80.5 feet, parallel to the said North line along an extant fence to the POINT OP BEGINNING.
LESS AND EXCEPTING THEREFROM:
The East 2.0 feet of the tract of record in the office of the County Clerk, Lincoln County, Wyoming in Book
234PR on Page 441 said tract being past of Lot 3 of Block 28 of the original Townsite of Afton of record in the
said office as Plat No. 100, within the Southwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 30 and the
Northwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section 31, Township 32 North, Range 118 West, Lincoln County,
Wyoming, more particularly described as follows:
Commencing at a point, the Southwest corner of said Lot 3, North 47 °37' East, 68.38 feet from an Ivan L. Call
RLS 274 Mueller Water Cap at the approximate Intersection of Adams Street and 6th Avenue; thence South
88 °03' East, 80.5 feet along the South line of said Lot 3 to the POINT OP BEGINNING; thence North 01°57'
East, 63.0 feet, parallel to the West line of said Lot 3 to a point; thence continuing North 01°5T East 3.0 feet
parallel to the said west tine, to a point on the North line of said tract; thence South 88 °03' East 2.0 feet along said
North line, to the Northeast comer of said tract of record; thence South 01°57' West, 66.0 feet, along the East line
of said tract, to a point identical with the Southeast corner of said tract; thence North 88 °03' West, 2.0 feet along
the South line of said Lot 3 to the point of beginning.
