WARRANTY DEED
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS that Robyne Befeld, a single woman, of Teton
County, State of Wyoming, GRANTOR, for and in consideration of the sum of Ten Dollars ($10.00)
and other good and valuable consideration in hand paid, convey and warrant to Robyne A. Befeld,
Trustee of the Robyne A. Befeld Revocable Trust dated October 29, 2013, GRANTEE, of P.O. Box
10922, Jackson, WY 83002, the following described real estate, situate in the County of Lincoln,
State of Wyoming, hereby releasing and waiving any and all rights under and by virtue of the
homestead exemption laws of this state, to -wit:
A portion of Section 11, T34N R119W of the 6th P.M., Lincoln
County, Wyoming being described on attached Exhibit A prepared by
Lloyd B. Baker Associates.

Including and together with all and singular the tenements, hereditaments, appurtenances and
improvements thereon or thereunto belonging, but subject to taxes, reservations, covenants,
conditions, restrictions, rights of way, and easements of sight and/or record, if any.
