KNOW ALL PERSONS BY THESE PRESENTS, that CHARLES J. BESSO and
GEORGANN BESSO, husband and wife, as tenants by the entireties, HC 62, P.O. Box 7054,
Star Valley Ranch, Wyoming 83127, GRANTORS, for and in consideration of TEN DOLLARS
($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration, in hand paid, receipt of which is hereby
acknowledged, hereby CONVEY AND WARRANT to CHARLES J. BESSO and
GEORGANN BESSO, TRUSTEES of the Charles J. Georgann Besso Family Trust dated
October 29, 2013, c/o HC 62, P.O. Box 7054, Star Valley Ranch, Wyoming 83127,
GRANTEES, and their successors and assigns, the following described real property, situate in
the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, to wit:
THAT PROPERTY DESCRIBED in the Warranty Deed that was recorded in the
land records of Lincoln County, Wyoming on August 30, 1991, in Book 300PR at Page
457 as Instrument No. 737621, a copy of which is attached hereto.
TOGETHER WITH all improvements and appurtenances thereon or thereunto
belonging.
SUBJECT TO taxes, assessments, declarations of covenants, conditions, and
restrictions, reservations, rights -of -way, and easements of sight and /or of record.
