THIS WARRANTY DEED is given by Ronald W. Stucki and JoAnn O. Stucki,
husband and wife, of 466 South Canyon Ridge Way, Fish Haven, Idaho 83287 (collectively
"Grantor to Troy Stucki and Erica Stucki, husband and wife, as joint tenants with full rights
of survivorship, of 5233 Flatrock Drive, Bismarck, ND 58503 "Grantee
For cash payments and other valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which
is hereby acknowledged, Grantor hereby grants, conveys, and warrants to Grantee the real
property situated in Lincoln County, Wyoming described as follows:
Lots 16 and 18 of Salt River Heights Subdivision, Lincoln County, Wyoming, as Lot 16 is
described on the official plat filed on May 3, 1972 as Instrument 445669 of the records of the
Lincoln County Clerk, and as Lot 18 is described on the official plat filed on June 21, 2001, as
Instrument 874026 of the records of the Lincoln County Clerk;
subject to all valid easements, rights or way, and other encumbrances or matters of record as
recorded in the official records of the Lincoln County Clerk.
