KELLER DAISY HOLDINGS, LLC, an Idaho limited liability company, GRANTOR, with
principal offices in Soda Springs, Idaho, hereby conveys and warrants to VALLEY WIDE
ASSOCIATION INC., a cooperative association organized under the laws of the State of Idaho,
GRANTEE, of P.O. Box 365, Rupert, Idaho 83350, for the sum of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other
good and valuable consideration, the following described real property in Lincoln County, State of
Wyoming:
TOGETHER with all improvements, easements, hereditaments and appurtenances
thereto. And GRANTOR hereby covenants to and with GRANTEE that GRANTOR is the
owner in fee simple of said premises and that said premises are free from all encumbrances
except those set forth herein.
SUBJECT TO all easements, rights of way, and public roads or highways adjoining or
crossing said property, and further subject to retention or reservation of mineral, oil and gas
rights by prior owners of said real property or by the United States of America or the State of
Idaho, and all conditions of record.
Hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption
laws of the State of Wyoming.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the GRAN OR has caused its name to be hereunto affixed by

P.M., in the Town of Thayne, Lincoln County, Wyoming, 'being more
particularly described as follows:
The True Point of Beginning being an Iron Pipe set 302.67 feet
North 4'41'30" East from the State Highway Monument found marking
SC1454 +56.3, 50 feet Right, said point also being 333.05 feet
along an 1859.86 foot radius curve to the Right (chord bears North
30'37'13" West 332.61 feet), through a central angle of 10'15'36"
and 194.78 feet North 85'27"23" East from said Monument;
thence North 4'30'30" West 266.94 feet to an Iron Pipe set;
thence South 88'47'35" East 314.12 feet to an Iron Pipe set;
