Lee Gardner, Sheriff in and for Lincoln County, Wyoming does hereby certify that
on the 19 day of July, 2000, and prior thereto he was and is now the duly qualified and
acting Sheriff in and for Lincoln County, Wyoming, and that on the 20 day of May, 1996,
Shawn M. Taggart and Kerri L. Taggart, Husband and wife, as mortgagors, executed and
delivered to First Colony Mortgage Corporation, as mortgagee their real estate mortgage.
Said mortgage was recorded on May 24, 1996 in Book 383PR on Page 669 in the office of
