1. That she makes this affidavit as her recorded statement, duly verified, pursuant to
the provisions of W.S. 34 -2 -123 and in connection with the following described real property
located in Lincoln County, Wyoming:
Parcel 1 /Residence:
Beginning at the Northwest Corner of Lot No. 1 in Block No. 10 of the Town of Afton,
Wyoming, thence South 8 1/2 rods, thence East 5 rods, thence North 8 1/2 rods,
thence West 5 rods to the point of beginning.
Parcel 2/West Hills:
An undivided 1/3 interest in those lands described in that certain Trustees Quitclaim
Deed dated November 30, 2005, and recorded in the office of the Lincoln County Clerk
on December 14, 2005, in Book 607, Page 439, Receiving No. 914438, more
particularly described as follows:

An undivided 1/3 interest in those lands described in that certain Trustees Quitclaim
Deed dated November 30, 2005, and recorded in the office of the Lincoln County Clerk
on December 14, 2005, in Book 607, Page 444, Receiving No. 914441, more
particularly described as follows:
NE1 /4SW1/4; NW1 /4SE1/4; NW1 /4SW1/4; S1/2SW1/4NW1/4 and
S1/2SE1/4NW1/4 all in Section 1, T33N, R119W, 6th P.M., Wyoming.
Together with all of that certain Right -of -Way Easement pursuant to that certain
Right -of -Way Agreement dated October 7, 1980, and recorded February 4, 1981, in
Book 172 PR at page 604 in the Office of the Lincoln County Clerk...
EXCEPTING THEREFROM any and all of the above described lands which are
included in the lands described in the following conveyances:
1. That certain Warranty Deed dated February 20, 2009, and recorded in the
office of the Lincoln County Clerk on February 23, 2009, in Book 716, Page
93, Receiving No. 945506.
2. That certain Warranty Deed dated April 16, 2008, and recorded in the office
of the Lincoln County Clerk on May 23, 2008, in Book 695, Page 325,
Receiving No. 939232.
3. That certain Warranty Deed dated May, 2008, and recorded in the office of
the Lincoln County Clerk on June 4, 2008, in Book 696, Page 441, Receiving
No. 939531.
4. That certain Warranty Deed dated May 27, 2008, and recorded in the office
of the Lincoln County Clerk on June 4, 2008, in Book 696, Page 443,
Receiving No. 939532.
5. That certain Warranty Deed dated May, 2008, and recorded in the office of
the Lincoln County Clerk on June 4, 2008, in Book 696, Page 445, Receiving
No. 939533.
6. That certain Warranty Deed dated August 26, 2008, and recorded in the
office of the Lincoln County Clerk on September 29, 2008, in Book 705, Page
719, Receiving No. 942532.
TOGETHER WITH all improvements, appurtenances, hereditaments and all other
things thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining.

Parcel 4 /Tin Shed:
An undivided 1/4 interest in those lands described in that certain Trustees Quitclaim
Deed dated November 30, 2005, and recorded in the office of the Lincoln County Clerk
on December 14, 2005, in Book 607, Page 440, Receiving No. 914439, more
particularly described as follows:
The property is more fully described on Exhibit "A" attached and by this reference
made a part hereof.
TOGETHER WITH all improvements, appurtenances, hereditaments and all other
things thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining.
SUBJECT, HOWEVER, to all easements, rights -of -way, reservations and
restrictions now of record or otherwise affecting said lands.
2. That the names of the grantees in that Quitclaim Deed dated April 17, 2006, and
recorded in the office of the Lincoln County Clerk on April 24, 2006, in Book 617, page 663,
Recording No. 917707, conveying the above described real property is hereby stated to be as
follows: Boyd R. Nield and Paula A. Nield, and their successors, Trustees of the Boyd R. Nield and
Paula A. Nield Revocable Trust dated November 28, 1988. The beneficiary of this trust is Paula A.
Nield.
3. That she makes this affidavit as her recorded statement, duly verified, pursuant to
the provisions of W.S. 34 -2 -123 and in connection with the following described real property
located in Lincoln County, Wyoming:

Beginning at a point 5 rods east of the Northwest Corner of Lot No. 1 in Block No. 10
of the Town of Afton, Wyoming, thence South 8 1/2 rods, thence East 5 rods, thence'
North 8 1/2 rods, thence West 5 rods to the point of beginning.
Fairview Place
Beginning at the Southwest Corner of the NE1 /4NW1/4 of Section 15, T31N,
R119W of the 6th P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming, and running thence North 20
rods, thence East 20 rods, thence South 20 rods, thence West 20 rods to the point
of beginning and containing 2 1/2 acres of land, more or less.

4. That the names of the grantees in that Quitclaim Deed dated November 28, 1988,
and recorded in the office of the Lincoln County Clerk on December 19, 1988, in Book 268PR,
page 332, Recording No. 696576, conveying the above described real property is hereby stated to
be as follows: Boyd R. Nield and Paula A. Nield, and their successors, Trustees of the Boyd R.
Nield and Paula A. Nield Revocable Trust dated November 28, 1988. The beneficiary of this trust
is Paula A. Nield.
5. That her name and address is Paula A. Nield, PO Box 695, Afton, WY 83110.
6. That she is a beneficiary of the trust referred to, that Boyd R. Nield became
deceased on November 3, 2010, and that upon the death of Boyd R. Nield, she became the sole
surviving trustee of the Boyd R. Nield and Paula A. Nield Revocable Trust dated November 28,
1988.
7. That as of November 3, 2010, the date of death of Boyd R. Nield, Paula A. Nield
became the sole surviving trustee of the Boyd R. Nield and Paula A. Nield Revocable Trust dated
November 28, 1988, including its ownership of the real property described above, and that she is
currently lawfully serving in that capacity.
8. That she hereby verifies that the information contained in this affidavit is true and
correct according to her information and belief.
