($10) and other good and valuable considerations in hand paid, hereby CONVEYS
and QUIT CLAIMS to THOMAS D. TRUCHOT, Grantee, of P.O. Box 585, Afton,
Wyoming 83110, all interest in the following described real estate, situated in the
County of Lincoln, in the State of Wyoming, to -wit:
BEGINNING at a point that is N 89 °56' E, 1322.1 feet from the Northwest
Corner of the SW1 /4SW1 /4 of Section 25, T32N, R119W of the 6th P.M.,
Lincoln County, Wyoming, and running thence N 89 °56' E, 327.9 feet; thence
South 328.6 feet; thence 89 °56' W, 663.0 feet; thence North 168.6 feet; thence
N 89 °56' E, 335.1 feet; thence North 160.0 feet, more or less, to the point of
beginning, consisting of 3.77 acres, more or less, together with improvements
located thereon and water rights associated therewith, including a
proportionate share in the underground pipe and sprinkler system installed
thereon.
SUBJECT TO all right -of -ways and easements of sight and record.
