Box 3032, Alpine, Wyoming, 83128, for and in consideration of Ten Dollars ($10.00), and other valuable considerations, in hand paid, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, CONVEYS and WARRANTS to Rex Byron Baker and Rosemary K. Baker, husband and wife as tenants by the entireties, Grantees, whose address is the same, the following described real estate, situate in Lincoln County, and State of Wyoming, hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the State, to wit: A portion of the SE1/4 of Section 22,T36N,R119W, 6 P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming, more particularly described as follows: Beginning at a point which is the Southeast Corner of Lot 16 described below and running thence S02'37.8'E 60 feet, more or less, to the South boundary of Grantors' property, also the North Etna Sprinkler Pipeline; thence S86 42.5'W 200 feet, more or less, to a point; thence NO2'37.8' W 60 feet, more or less, to the Southeast Corner of said Lot 16; thence N86 along the South boundary of said Lot 16 200 feet, more or Less, to the point of beginning. EXCLUDING, Lot Sixteen (16) Corsi Ranchettes Second Filing Subdivision as the same is platted and of record in the Office of the Lincoln County Clerk, Kemmerer, Wyoming.
