Cherie Jo King, also known as Cherie J. King, a single person, Grantor, whose
address is 7209 Heritage Drive, Cheyenne, WY 82009, for and in consideration of other
valuable consideration and ten dollars ($10) in hand paid, conveys and warrants to Cherie
J. King, Trustee, and her successors in trust, under the Cherie J. King Living Trust dated
November 4, 2013, for the benefit of Cherie J. King and her heirs, Grantee, whose
address is 7209 Heritage Drive, Cheyenne, WY 82009, the following described real
estate:
Situate in the County of Laramie, State of Wyoming, and the said Grantor hereby
covenants with the said Grantee that Grantor is lawfully seized of said premises; that they
are free from encumbrances; and Grantor warrants the title thereto against the lawful
claims of all persons whomsoever, except: restrictions, reservations, easements, and
encumbrances of record.
Hereby releasing and waiving any and all rights under and by virtue of the
homestead exemption laws of this state.
