in consideration of TEN DOLLARS ($10.00) and other valuable consideration, in hand paid,
receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, CONVEY AND WARRANT to THE ROBERTS
FAMILY TRUST, dated October 18, 2013, DELAINE ROBERTS and NELDA S. ROBERTS,
Trustees, Grantees, the following described real estate situated in Grover, Lincoln County, State
of Wyoming, hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead
