consideration to him in hand paid the receipt whereof is hereby confessed and
acknowledged, has remised, released, convey and forever quitclaim unto:
Kimberly VanScoyk, Matthew Shawn Allred, Jennifer Roberts and
Christopher John Allred, as tenants in common, grantees, of 2372 Highway 236,
Afton, WY 83110
all such right, title interest, property, possession, claim and demand as Ifwe have, ought to
have or hereafter acquire in or to all of the following described premises, to -wit:
That part of Sections 19 and 20, T31N R119W, Lincoln County, Wyoming described on
the attached Exhibit prepared by Surveyor Scherbel, Ltd. titled, "Description for
Kimberly VanScoyk etal Tract 4 dated 26 October 2010.
Hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws
of the State of Wyoming.

Office of the Clerk of Lincoln County in Book 454 of Photostatic Records on page 223 and
part of that tract of record in said Office in Book 642 of Photostatic Records on page 5 and all
of that tract of record in said Office in Book 708 of Photostatic Records on page 451, described
as follows:
BEGINNING at the southeast comer of said. E''ANE "V4;
thence S84 57' -31 "W, 221.79 feet, along an existing fence line, to a point of intersection with
the southerly prolongation of the west line of said tract in Book 708;
thence N00 38' -02 "E, 1893.50 feet, along said west line, to the southwest point of that tract
of record in said Office in Book 702 of Photostatic Records on page 669;
thence S89 01' -28 "E, 220.12 feet, along the south line of said tract in Book 702, to the
