The warranty in this deed is limited in this matter to: (1) the coverage the grantor has under any policy of title insurance or damages of $10.00 (whichever is greater) and (2) is to apply the doctrine of estoppel by deed with respect to after acquired title. Grantor in this deed is the Grantor of the above Trust.
