SPECIAL WARRANTY DEED
LINDA M. FOX (a.k.a. Linda Fox) hereby CONVEYS and WARRANTS against all who claim by,
through, or under the grantor to LINDA M. FOX as Trustee, or her successor(s) in trust, of the LINDA
FOX INTER VIVOS TRUST DATED 27 SEPTEMBER 1995, of 785 Stewart Hill Drive, Logan UT
84321, all of her interest in the real property situated in the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming
described as:
Plat Eight (8) Lot Sixty -Six (66) in Star Valley Ranch, as platted and recorded in the official
records of Lincoln County, Wyoming
Subject to all prior reservations, enforceable liens, easements, covenants, conditions and restrictions, and rights of
way of record. The warranty in this deed is limited in this matter to: (1) the coverage the grantor has under any
policy of title insurance or damages of $10.00 (whichever is greater) and (2) is to apply the doctrine of estoppel by
deed with respect to after acquired title. Grantor in this deed is the Grantor of the above Trust.
