WHEREAS, James A. Hawkes and Dawn E. Hawkes, as
mortgagor(s), mortgaged to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as
nominee for Countrywide Bank, FSB its successors and assigns, as mortgagee,
the hereinafter described real property by that certain mortgage dated October
24, 2008 (the "Mortgage and duly recorded in the records of the office of the
County Clerk and ex- officio Register of Deeds in and for Lincoln County, State of
Wyoming, on November 5, 2008, at Reception No. 943428 in Book 708 at Page
556.
The mortgage and note secured thereby were assigned for value as follows:

Servicing, LP fka Countrywide Home Loans Servicing LP

All in the records of the County Clerk and ex- officio Register of Deeds in and for
Lincoln County, Wyoming; and
WHEREAS, the Mortgage being in default, the undersigned Sheriff
in and for Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, pursuant to the request and
direction of Bank of America, N.A., successor by merger to BAC Home Loans
Servicing, LP fka Countrywide Home Loans Servicing LP, acting under a power
of sale contained in the Mortgage, proceeded to advertise for sale and did sell
the hereinafter described real property on August 14, 2012, at 10:00 o'clock in
the forenoon, at public venue, at the front door of the Lincoln County Courthouse
located at 925 Sage Avenue, Kemmerer, WY, Lincoln County, State of Wyoming;
and
WHEREAS, Bank of America, N.A., successor by merger to BAC
Home Loans Servicing, LP fka Countrywide Home Loans Servicing LP
"Successful Bidder") made the highest and best bid for the hereinafter described
real property in the sum of $190,551.88, and the said real property was then and
there sold to the Successful Bidder on August 14, 2012 "Sale Date and a
Certificate of Sale was issued by the undersigned Sheriff in and for Lincoln
County, State of Wyoming, to the Successful Bidder, on the Sale Date, which
Certificate of Sale was duly recorded in the records of the office of the County
Clerk and ex- officio Register of Deeds in and for Lincoln County, State of
Wyoming, on August 14, 2012, at Reception No. 966149 in Book 791 at Page
465;
WHEREAS, said Certificate of Sale was assigned to The Secretary
Of Housing And Urban Development Of Washington, D.C., its successors and
assigns by that certain Assignment of Certificate of Sale dated December 20,
2012 and recorded in the records of the County Clerk and ex- officio Register of
Deeds in and for Lincoln Coun State of Wyoming, on 0 \1e_ -er I
2013 at Reception No. 9 i in Book (6,24A at Page al
WHEREAS, no one has appeared to redeem the hereinafter
described real property under the laws of the State of Wyoming, and the time for
doing so has now expired;
NOW, THEREFORE, KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS,
that I, Shane Johnson, Sheriff in and for said County of Lincoln, State of
Wyoming, in consideration of the premises, have GRANTED, BARGAINED, and

SOLD, and do hereby TRANSFER and CONVEY, to said The Secretary Of
Housing And Urban Development Of Washington, D.C., His Successors And

Parkway, Ste 300, Oklahoma City, OK 73108, its successors and assigns, all
right, title, and interest to the following described real property situate in Lincoln
County, State of Wyoming, to -wit:

4TH ADDITION TO THE TOWN OF KEMMERER,
LINCOLN COUNTY, WYOMING, AS DESCRIBED
ON THE OFFICIAL PLAT THEREOF.

Together with all improvements thereon situate and
all fixtures and appurtenances thereto.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD said described premises, together with
all improvements thereon erected and all fixtures and appurtenances thereunto
belonging, to The Secretary Of Housing And Urban Development Of Washington,
D.C., its successors and assigns forever.
