other Good and Valuable Considerations in hand paid, receipt
whereof is hereby acknowledged, CONVEY AND WARRANT TO:

the following described real estate situate in Lincoln County
and State of Wyoming, hereby releasing and waiving all rights
under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the State
to -wit:
A portion of the Imlay property referred to in
instrument No. 865637 recorded in Book 445PR, on Page
55, all in the NE4SW4 of Section 11, T34N, R119W,
of the 6th P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming, being more
particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at the B.L.M. type Monument marking the
Baker Engineers PE /LS 698 location for the Northwest
corner of said NE *SW* (CW1/16 S11) and said Imlay
property; thence S88 53'08 "E, along the North line
of said properties, 261.45 feet to an Iron Pipe set
marking the Northeast corner of said Imlay property;
thence S0 08'17 "W, along the East line of said Imlay
property, 172.03 feet to an Iron Pipe set; thence
N88 43'34 "W 261.47 feet to an Iron Pipe set at a point
in the West line of said properties; thence N0 08'17 "E,
along said West line, 171.30 feet, to the Point of
Beginning
SUBJECT TO: A 30 foot Right -of -Way along the West
line of the above described Parcel, being Mills County
Road 12 -407 as referred to in instrument No. 595427
recorded in Book 200PR on page 10.
SUBJECT TO: A 30 foot Right -of -Way along the North
line of the above described Parcel, being Perkins
County Road 12 -119 as referred to in instrument No.
595426 recorded in Book 200PR on page 9.
TOGETHER WITH: A 10 feet wide Well Water Easement,
being 5 feet on both sides of the following described
center line:
BEGINNING 5 feet South of the Well and running North
139.09 feet to the South line of the above described
Parcel.
SUBJECT, however, to all restrictions, reservations,
easements and rights -of -way of record, of sight or
in use.-
