Trustee, Grantor, of Orem, Utah, for a consideration of Ten 10.00) dollars and
other valuable considerations in hand paid, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged,
CONVEY and WARRANT to: Mont Harmon, Loa Mae Harmon, Vance Harmon
and Karen Harmon, as joint tenants with full rights of survivorship and not as tenants
in common, Grantees, the following described real estate situate in Lincoln County,
State of Wyoming, hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the
Homestead Exemption Laws of the State, to -wit:
The East four (4) rods of the W1/2 NW1 /4 within Section 12, Township 31
North, Range 119 West of the 6th P.M., Wyoming. Subject to easement of
sight and public record.
Real property and Improvements are sold "AS IS" together and subject to
easements and rights -of -way of sight and record.
