Gardner, Sheriff'b fhwe County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, grantor herein, and William L. Daley, Trustee of the Daley Family Trust, dated the 10th day of November, 1988, of PO Box 664, Thayne, WY 83127, grantee herein. BOOK 335 PR PAGE SHERIPDD RECITALS 1. On October 26, 1999, Star Valley Ranch Association executed a Notice of Assessment and Lien on certain lots in the Star Valley Ranch Subdivision for which assessments had not been paid. The Notice of Assessment and Lien was recorded in the Office of the Lincoln County Clerk on October 29, 1999, in Book 437 of PR, Page 538. 2. Pursuant to publication of Notice of Foreclosure Sale, the lot described below was sold at public auction at Kemmerer, Wyoming, on January 31, 2000, at 10:00 a.m., pursuant to Section 34 -4 -101 et seq., W.S., 1977. 3. Pursuant to said sale at public auction, a Certificate of Purchase was issued to the purchaser, the grantee herein, and no assignment of that certificate has been made since that time. The Certificate of Purchase was recorded in the office of the Lincoln County Clerk on February 2, 2000, in Book 441 of PR, Page 119. NOW, THEREFORE, know all men by this deed, that I, Lee S. Gardner, Sheriff of the County of Lincoln, in consideration of the premises, have granted and sold and do hereby convey to grantee, his successors and assigns, the following tract of land located in Lincoln County, Wyoming, to -wit: Plat 8, Lot 22, Star Valley Ranch Subdivision, as platted and recorded in the Official Records of Lincoln County, Wyoming. Together with all and singular the improvements thereon or thereunto appertaining. STATE OF WYOMING ss. COUNTY OF LINCOLN Witness my hand and official seal. My commission expires: \1 I C TINA M.
