TERRY and PAMELA J. TERRY, Husband and Wife, LYNDA OWENS PETTY, Trustee of the LYNDA OWENS PETTY REVOCABLE TRUST AGREEMENT, Dated December 15, 2008, amd MICHAEL THOMAS MOORE, SHERRY LYNN LEVASSEUR, LAURA LEE ARNOLD, and LEAH ANN LOWER, Trustees of the TERENCE L. MOORE FAMILY TRUST, DATED November 2, 1994, GRANTEES, and their successors or assigns, an easement for the benefit of the Grantees, on the following described real estate situate in County of Lincoln and State of Wyoming, for the following purposes and under the following conditions: 1. Purpose of Easement. This easement shall be for ingress, egress and access to the Beaureu of Land Management Property that borders the serviant estate. 20 Feet wide Easement 2. Description of Easements. The easements are described as: Easement No. 1 A portion of the Moore property, as referred to in the Deed recorded with Receiving No. 960136, in Book 769, on Page 551, with the Office of the Clerk of Lincoln County, Wyoming, located within the NE1 /4NW1 /4 of Section 25, T36N, R119W, of the 6th P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming, being a 20 feet wide strip of land, 10 feet either side of the Center Line being more particularly described as follows: BEGINNING at a Point in the South line of said NE1/4NW1/4 of said Section 25, said Point of Beginning being 10.00 feet S88 °53'25 "E, along said South line, from the Marlowe A Scherbel PLS 5368, 1994 location for the Southwest Corner of said NE1 /4NW1 /4 of said Section 25; thence N0 °44'05 "E, parallel with the West line of said NE1 /4NW1/4 of said Section 25, 698.55 feet to the Beginning of a 100.00 feet Radius Curve to the Right; thence Northeasterly, along said Curve to the Right, through a Central Angle of 49 °39'47 an Arc length of 86.68 feet, said curve having a chord of N25 °33'59 "E 83.99 feet; thence N50 °23'52 "E 52.42 feet to the Beginning of a 100.00 feet Radius Curve to the Left; thence Northeasterly, along said Curve to the Left, through a Central Angle of 65 °59'23 an Arc length of 115.17 feet, said curve having a chord of N 17 °24' 11 "E 108.91 feet; thence N15 °35'31 "W 77.30 feet; thence N18 °52'45 "W 120.30 feet; thence N9 °05'32 "W 149.51 feet; thence N8 °20' 18 "W 85.88 feet. Easement No. 3 The Right -of -Way Easement, as referred to in the Document recorded with Document No. 897322, in Book 548PR, on Page 392, with the Office of the Clerk of Lincoln County, Wyoming. 3. Description of Serviant Estates. The above described easement shall encumber the following described parcel of property located in Lincoln County, Wyoming: NE1 /4NW1 /4 and NW1 /4NW1 /4 of Section 25, Township 36 North, Range 119 West, of the 6th P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming. W1/2NW1/4NE1/4 of Section 25, Township 36 North, Range 119 West, of the 6th P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming. 4. Binding Effect. The terms and conditions of this easement shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of the heirs, successors and assigns of the parties named in this instrument.
