Banking Corporation, does hereby certify that a certain mortgage bearing the date of May 10,
2004 made and executed by Kenneth F. Cobbs and Courtney C. Cobbs, Husband and Wife, as
Tenants by the Entireties, to The Bank of Star Valley, as mortgagee, a mortgage conveying a
lien on certain real estate therein described as security for the payment of $617,068.00 which
mortgage was recorded in the office of the County Clerk and Ex- Officio Register of Deeds of
Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, on the 14 day of May, 2004 in book 555 PR of Mortgages,
at Page 351 as document #899306 and pertaining to the following described real estate in said
County, to -wit:
The note secured thereby and the aforementioned debt is fully paid, satisfied, released, and
discharged and in consideration thereof the said mortgagees do hereby release and quitclaim unto
the said mortgagors the premises thereby conveyed and mortgaged.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, The Bank of Star Valley has caused the Release of Real Estate
Mortgage to be signed by its President and its corporate seal to be affixed, this 6 day of
November, 2013.
