Phyllis Sussman, grantor, of Rancho Palos Verdes, State of California,
in consideration of Ten and 00/100 Dollars ($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration
to me in hand paid the receipt whereof is hereby confessed and acknowledged, has remised,
released, convey and forever quitclaim and by those presents do for my heirs, executors and
administrators, remise, release unto:
Phyllis Sussman, Trustee of the William L. Sussman and Phyllis Sussman Family Living
Trust Survivor's Trust executed on May 2, 2003, grantee, of 2026 Beecham Dr, Rancho
Palos Verdes, CA 90275
all such right, title interest, property, possession, claim and demand as I have, ought to have or
hereafter acquire in or to all oil leases and royalty interests produced on the following described
