SORENSON, a single person, Grantee, of P.O. Brewer 1973 location for the common corner between Sections 18, 17, 19, and 20; thence N0 °43'40 "E along the West line of said Lot 55, 308.47 feet to an Iron Pipe set; thence S89 °20'30 "E 459.89 feet to an Iron Pipe set at a point in the East line of said Lot 55; thence S0 °42'11 "W, along said East line, 308.47 feet to the Aluminum Cap on Rebar found marking the Southeast corner of said Lot 55; thence N89 °20'30 "W, along the South line of said Lot 55, 460.02 feet, to the Point of Beginning, containing 3.257 Acres of land.
