TOGETHER with a right of ingress and egress along the following described roadway:

acknowledged and confessed, Loren C. Wilde, Caroline Wilde, and Kevin Wilde, as joint tenants ZVilViiiofS"ig4t4Aip of the
County of Lincoln and State of Wyoming hereinafter called Grantor, hereby grants to The Transportation Commission of Wyoming
assigns or successors, hereinafter called the grantee, the right to lay out and construct a desilting pond for the benefit of the public upon
the following described lands located in the County of Lincoln and State of Wyoming to -wit:
Portion of the SW NEI /a, NWl/4SE1/4, Section 1, T.26N., R.120W., Lincoln County, Wyoming.
The right of way, hereby granted being more particularly described as follows:
That part of the SW /4 and NW'/SE' /4 of Section 1, T. 26 N., R. 120 W., Lincoln County, Wyoming, described
as follows:
Beginning at a point S.35 °12.7 "W., 3188.73 feet from the northeast corner of said Section 1 found as described in
Corner Record filed in the Office of the Clerk of Lincoln County;
thence S.01 15.8'W., 119.47 feet to a point;
thence S.45 °38.9'W., 330.93 feet to a point;
thence N.03 °38.3'E., 357.18 feet to a point;
thence S.88 °29.9'E., 216.68 feet to the Point of Beginning;
each point marked by a 5/8x24 inch steel reinforcing rod with aluminum cap inscribed, "SURVEYOR SCHERBEL
LTD BIG PINEY WY PLS164";
A strip of land thirty (30) feet in width being part of the SW' %NE1/4 and NW SEI /a of Section 1, T. 26 N.,
R.120W., Lincoln County, Wyoming, with the center -line described as follows:
Beginning at a spike on the east right -of -way line of State Highway 89, S.45 °52.9'W., 3563.27 feet from the northeast
corner of said Section 1;
thence S.88 °02.4'E., 510.99 feet to a spike;
thence S.04 °46.1'E., 103.78 feet to a spike on the north line of the foregoing described tract, S.88 °29.9'E., 15.09 feet
from the northwest point of said tract;
each spike monumented with a 3/8x12 inch steel spike witnessed by a 5/8x24 inch steel reinforcing rod with
aluminum cap inscribed, "SURVEYOR SCHERBEL LTD. BIG PINEY WY PLS 164" on each side of the center -line
of the spikes of tangency.
The base bearing for this survey is North along the east line of the south one -half of the east line of Section 36,
T.27N., R. 120 W.; all in accordance with the plat prepared attached herewith as "Exhibit A
The grantor will not construct any building or place any obstruction within the desilting pond area which would diminish the
storage capacity of the pond.
The Grantor also grants the right of ingress and egress to and from the said land for any and all purposes necessary and incident
to the exercise by the grantee, and the public, of the rights granted by this conveyance.
The Grantors hereto do hereby waive and release all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the State of
Wyoming insofar as affected by this conveyance.
The grantor will not use, or permit to be used, the conveyed property for any purpose whatsoever, that would be in conflict with
the purpose of this easement.
The grant herein contained is an easement and shall be perpetual so long as the said land is used for the aforementioned purposes.
