HomeMy WebLinkAbout866601DEED UPON FORECLOSURE SALE WHEREAS, a certain Mortgage executed by Davy H. Broughton and Beverly H. Broughton, to Leisure Valley Inc., Mortgagee, and that Power of Sale therein contained, which said Mortgage bears date of September 17, 1996 and was on January 24, 1997, duly recorded in Lincoln County, Wyoming, in the office of the County Recorder in Book 393 PR, Page 192, as Instrument Number 0832364, and foreclosed under and by virtue of Wyoming Statutes 34 -101 through 34 -113, and in pursuance thereof, after due advertisement, the mortgaged premises hereinafter described were sold on May 18, 1999, to Leisure Valley, Inc. for the sum of $15,604.05, it being the highest and best bidder for the premises; and WHEREAS, the said Leisure Valley, Inc. is now entitled to a conveyance of the premises according to law, the statutory redemption period having expired; NOW THEREFORE, know all men by this Deed, that I, Lee S. Gardner the undersigned Sheriff of the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, have granted and sold and do hereby convey to Leisure Valley, Inc. its heirs and assigns, the following described tract of land, to have and to hold the described premises with all appurtenances to the said Leisure Valley, Inc., its heirs and assigns forever: STATE OF WYOMING COUNTY OF LINCOLN Star Valley Ranch RV Park, Plat 1 Lot 76 This instrument was acknowledged before me onk, ,t, n(14 2000, by Lee S.
