INC., a Nevada Corporation, as MORTGAGEE conveying certain real estate therein mentioned
as security for the payment of 15,300.00 Dollars therein stated, which mortgage was
recorded on the 30 day of September ,19 92 in Book 317 PR Page 72
Number 755176 of the Official Records of Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, and
mortgaging the following described real estate in said County, to -wit:

Lot 17 of Star Valley Ranch Plat 22
with the Note secured thereby on the aforementioned date, are fully paid, satisfied, released
and discharged. That in consideration thereof, the said MORTGAGEE does hereby release and
quitclaim unto the said MORTGAGORS, their successors and assigns, the premises thereby
conveyed and mortgaged.
