of Lincoln County, Wyoming.
THIS AGREEMENT, is made by and between Charks H. and Deborah J. Johnston,
hereinafter referred to as seller, E,- t a l A Dec.k.,•g
hereinafter referred to as buyer and Leisure Valley Inc., hereinafter referred to as mortgagee.
WHEREAS, the buyer is purchasing the above described property as of A1.0. lC .y 1”,
having agreed to pay the prorated amount of the -0- mortgage payment as of the
date of closing and to assume the unpaid amount of the mortgage of 13.962.27
WHEREAS, the buyer further agrees to pay all monthly payments on or before the date when
the monthly payments become due under the terms of the original note and mortgage. Said note
and mortgage dated July 23, 1993 in the amount of 16,200.00 at the rate of 10 percent (10 per
annum, made and executed by Charles H. and Deborah J. Johnston in favor of Leisure Valley, Inc.,
and recorded in the Office of the County Clerk and Ex- Officio Register of Deeds on November 15,
1993, in Book 340PR, page 609.
WHEREAS, buyer understands that these payments are to be made on the fifteenth (15th) day of
each month, beginning November 1999, and every month thereafter until the entire
mortgage balance has been paid in full.
WHEREAS, seller hereby assigns and transfers to the buyer all of their right, title and interest
